My Favorite Microsoft Outlook Tips



This is a pile of Outlook tips I've picked up over the years. They're a mixed bag. Some are simply faster/easier ways of doing something, like using keyboard shortcuts instead of the mouse for common commands.

Others take you into less-explored territory. For example, did you ever hear of the Research pane? And that you can use it from within the message you're reading or composing? Or that you can see all your information for today at a glance if you use Outlook Today?
