Here's a set of my favorite Outlook mail tips. If you are like most people, you spend most of your time in Outlook working with mail messages. That being the case, anything that makes working with Outlook email faster and easier can pay huge dividends in time and energy saved.
The tips here cover both Outlook 2003 and 2007. Where a tip applies to only one version of Outlook, I've noted it in the link. Where the tip applies to both versions, but some of the steps differ, I've clearly marked the differences in the body of the tip.
